This is a perfect day out for those who love perfume and want to find out how to make a fragrance. A combination of theory and practical elements with lots of sniffing!
The morning will start with an introduction to the creation of perfume ingredients and methods of distillation at Keyneston Mill. You will learn about fragrance families, the structure of fragrance, how perfumes are constructed, and how we create our fine fragrances at Parterre.
In the afternoon, you will create your own custom fragrance. This experience will be run by Julia Bridger, co-founder of Parterre, or one of the expert team. At the end of the session your fragrance will be bottled, and you will go home with 50mls of a simple perfume that you will have designed and blended yourself!
