Aromatherapy & the healing power of plants
This session is for those who want to learn how to harness the power of plants and their essential oils to restore a sense of calm and balance and is led by qualified Clinical Practitioner, Shelley Baker. Her approach is to merge ancient wisdom and knowledge of plants, with modern science and research to understand how and why plant oils work, and how best to use them. This is an interactive session with a practical element, the emphasis being on self-help and learning how to use aromatherapy in a safe way.
Most of us struggle, at some stage in our lives, with poor sleep patterns, how to relax, stress or low energy levels. Maybe you are finding it difficult to adapt to our ‘new normal’. This is your opportunity to discover the beneficial properties of plants and how to use their oils to improve your general wellbeing, as well as how to relieve minor health issues, aches and pains.
The session will take place in our relaxing Aromadome and you will take home an aromastick and body product you have made at the end of the of the morning. Follow up one-to-one sessions can be arranged to keep you on track with your new plans.
